Swapping lanes in YYT
This is what we need. There are plenty of roads in Metro perfect for swapping a lane for cycling. Empire Avenue from Kings bridge to ropewalk should be the backbone. No cars other than going east (blue arrows) because there's basically nothing fronting on the north.
